Our Mission

The mission of The PACT Program is to foster a nurturing environment that encourages pregnant and parenting adolescents to complete their high school education and realize personal and family goals.

The PACT Program helps pregnant and parenting adolescents develop the coping skills necessary to address the personal, social, and financial issues that arise as a result of being a teen parent.

The Program offers a comprehensive program specifically designed to meet each student’s individual needs; helping them complete their high school education, gain economic independence, and become the best parents they can be.

In partnership with the Westmoreland Intermediate Unit, services are provided to 14 of the 17 Westmoreland County School Districts. The Program is funded by the ELECT grant, through the Department of Education and the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare. Funds are also received from the contracted school districts.
